1. How do I open a dispute


If there is any problem with the parcels that you received from 86wholesale,you can open a dispute. Our customer service section will reply you once they see the information. Please check the message on it regularly.


2. Dispute on Size of the item


Situation 1: If you received the item that has the same size as what you ordered on 86wholesale but it can not fit you. Sorry that we would not accept this dispute as we send the items as your request. We offer the size chart, you could buy items according to it.


Situation 2: What you received is the wrong size differs from what you ordered and it could not fit you. In this case, please provide us enough evidences to prove it.. After our checking and we will reply you. If it is our mistake and we will take the responsibility.


Situation 3: What you received is the exact size that you ordered but it can not fit you as the actual one has a different detail measurement on our site of this item. First of all, please note that as all of the items are measured manual and 1 to 3cm error is normal which not be regards as the wrong size. In this case, please provide us enough evidences to prove it.. Most importantly, what you provide should abide by the measurement standards on our website.


3. Cases that we do not deal with

If you are not satisfied with the items that you received from 86wholessale and want to open a dispute for a refund, please provide enough evidences in time. 86wholessale has the right not to deal with the cases that the customers can not provide any valid evidences in 7 working days.


Tips for providing evidences:

A. If it is a case about the size, please show us the evidence that can clearly illustrate the problems and also abide by the measurement standards on our website. Otherwise we won't handle it.


B. If it is a case about the color, please send us the enough evidences in time. Please pay attention that there may be a slight difference between the actual item and the photos on our site which is regarded as chromatism because different computers have the different screen resolutions. This is a normal phenomenon and is not regards as the wrong color and we will not deal with this.


C. Returning the items without our permission is also not acceptable. If you get our permission and information to send back the parcel, please provide us the shipping method you sent back and the tracking NO, within a week.


D. Ask for refund for the right item received that have no quality problems is also not acceptable and we will not deal with it.
