Introductions and suggested solutions of Not receive orders

 

1. Fail to trace the order and not receive the parcel within the expected time at the same time:

First of all, please contact with our customer service if you fail to trace the parcel with the tracking NO. we provided. We will check it with the shipping company and e-mail you the reason and the latest status of the parcel. If we could not check the status of the parcel and you do not receive it, we will resend you the parcel or refund the payment to you.

 

2. We shipped out the orders but customers did not receive it ---- Shipment information is wrong or incomplete :

Situation 1 : First of all, please note that we sent the parcels to the address that customers provided on the orders. If we make a mistake of your address, we will take the responsibility and resend you the parcels or give you a full refund.

Situation 2: If customers made mistakes on their address of the order, we will try our best to communicate with the shipping company if we can get the parcels back and rearrange shipment first. If the parcel can not be sent to your right address or send back to us, customers will be responsible for it as we sent the parcels to the address which you provided us. What’s more, if the parcels can resend to us, customers will also be responsible for the fee that produced during this case. PS: Please check your address carefully after placed the order in your user center ”My Orders” to avoid the unexpected mistakes.

 

3. We shipped out the order but it is hold at the customs:

Situation 1: We will make a full refund to the buyer or resend the parcel if the item is hold at our country ‘s customs and could not get back any more.

Situation 2: The buyer should be responsible for clearing the customs if the parcel is hold at the customer's customs. If you need the relevant documents that we can provide, please contact our customer service.

 

4. It shows the parcel was received on the shipping company ‘s official site, but you did not receive it :

First of all, we will check if the information of the receiver on the shipping bill and on the shipping company official is the same as what you provided us on the order.

 

Situation 1: If they are the same, that means we have sent the parcel to the right address. Then so sorry that 86wholesale will not take the responsibility. But we can try our best to check with the shipping company for you and get back to you.

Situation 2: If you sent to a address that is different from what you provided to us on the order. We will check it with the shipping company and give you a satisfied answer. We will take the responsibility if we send the parcel to a wrong address.

5. Shipment is sent back to 86wholesale:

Situation 1: We sent the parcel to right address which is the same as what you provided us on the order. But the parcel is returned to us as the receiver did not receive the parcel in time or there is wrong information of the parcel that you provided to us. Therefore the buyer will be responsible for it as well as the shipping fee which resend the parcel.

Situation 2: We sent the parcel to the address that is different from yours on the order then 86wholesale will take the responsibility and resend the parcel to the right address.

    I paid for the 3 shoes but only two items were dispatched . I wanted to know about the status of third item

    horrible customer service! i have not received 2 of my packages. it has been already 2 month and all they do is feed you with "dont worry"or "wait" when i told them that i will go to paypal and open the dispute, the BANNED me!

    I have checked more than once nothing there and I saw the receipt it is written only clothes and shoe no ring and I can send you a picture for it as I said before .. please give me any email so I can send it to you
